Equality Statement

Hean Studio Ltd has always embraced a policy of the highest ideals in all areas relating to equality.

We have full facilities for disabled people, and are able to offer equal opportunity employment in certain production areas for persons who may be wheel chair bound, but fully able from the waist upwards. We will always consider any applicants on there abilities, and endeavour to accommodate personal needs.

Ethnic origins, beliefs, and personal orientation, have never been an issue, and we take a positive attitude to working together as a team. As with every business there is a formal structure, which is necessary for a well-run business, but every one is made to feel comfortable, and encouraged to feel they are an equal when interacting with others at any level.

We diligently and actively maintain a policy of protecting our customer's original designs, and with the CAD/ CAM bureau services we will not create copies of designs where we are aware that a design copyright may exist with another party
